  The ladies at the Columbia TN branch are wonderful! They are very easy to work with and quick. We have used Mariner Finance a few times and it has always been a pleasant experience. We will definitely be using Mariner for any future loan needs.

  The staff member, Katie Sims, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel wright at home and made sure that I had a very good understanding of what was taking place, and she was very confident in doing so.   So I qualified for a loan online and Anna, from the local office called me to gather information. She said she would call me back. Well, it's been a week and a half and I still haven't heard from her, I've called only to get a voicemail and of I leave messages and no one will respond to me..... Very unprofessional and very unresponsive......
