  I honestly don't like writing reviews but I'm disappointed in this company. I spoke with a representative who approved my loan and was told what I needed to bring to office to finalize. Called today to verify what I needed to bring and was told there was no application in the system. I then had to provide all my information again to the manager who said I could not be approved at this time. Well, I really think they need to provide better training to their employers to avoid situations like this. I'm greatly disappointed with their practices and would caution anyone considering them.

  This is for the black-haired lady working in the office. Get a Better Attitude for yourself!! I would not send my worse Enemy there...you are RUDE... anyone could do your job... you're not that Special!!!!!!

  For starters insulting people only shows your incompetence of having an open mind. Second I applied for one loan. Was unable to repay. Am very much planning on paying it off, but I'll reiterate, I applied for one loan. They've made 4 more hard inquires that have hurt my credit score. I didn't ask for another loan, so why would they inquire about my credit many more times over months? They wanted 6 contacts or whatever, and when they can't get a hold of me they call everyone. Message, talk, whatever, but I will not be EVER getting another loan from them. Do not recommend getting one from them either.

  A young man (mexican) came in the office very polite simply asked for a loan. They just flat out told him no they didnt run anything they didnt go by any procedures obviously their racist. So i called (talking to the manager) i told her what happened she then yells at me saying i wasn't in their i don't know what happened she said she dont care if i was reporting them of how rude they were.

  I have not done business with a lot of loan places like this but I can say this there at the top of the list of one of the worst places to do business with they will try and lie to you and make you think you’re the one making the mistake So no I would not recommend them
