  Rachelle at Pensacola division of Nicholas Financial is The Best! She is Personable friendly helpful professional. As my lender I had her cell I could reach her day or evening to help with any questions I had. She definitely deserves Recognition for her above and beyond “quality” of service to her customers!   Racheal is amazing I’ve never met a more compassionate woman she has gone over and beyond to help my husband and I !!! I’ve always been able to call on her for any questions I’ve had even if they were silly she always helps me and gives me the best advice regarding my policy we are so thankful and extremely happy we went with Nicolas Finacial to buy our truck I highly recommend them and Racheal !!

  Had a loan for my car through them. Paid it off fairly quickly and had a great experience with the reps who took my payments. They explained everything very well and I would certainly use them again.

  Though I was able to get financed...this company jus sucks you in with high interest rates.... If I knew what I knew today I definitely would not go back to them.... The next day after getting everything approved I decided I did not want to go thru with it I was told it was to late n im stuck wit the car payment. My only option was to keep the car... I wish there was a way out besides voluntary repossession... And to be honest that is almost worth it

  I have had nothing but good service thru this company since I have had my car loan with them. Everytime I have called I have gotten a very professional, interested person on the phone who was extremely helpful.
