  The process was streamlined but the personal service was beyond anything I've ever experienced. I felt relaxed and comfortable while completing the loan application thanks to the branch manager who was assisting me. All questions were answered and I truly felt like they were there to help me in the best way possible.

  The Staff is amazing. If you are needing to talk with someone I would recommend Matthew. He was very helpful and did everything to help me get approved as quickly as possible.

  Problems since day one. Loan was incorrectly processed immediately, charging interest when there was to be a one year interest free period. Payment is challenging to complete, with little reminder or ability to autopay more than the amount due. A dispute was placed due to limited follow through or communication at the local chapter. Dispute follow up was never completed and there is no noted way to contact other than via mail. Eventually found a way to contact, and was simply contacted back by the local chapter rather than the dispute line. Poor chain of command. Poor communication. As a result, we paid "late fees" while we awaited a response to the dispute while they didn't respond to the formal process. Would never use again as it is our credit effected and late fees out of our pocket for their errors and lack of communication.

  Very fast service.They had all my paperwork ready when I got there and to the guy who handled my loan, great job. Your company should be proud that you represent them.

  Worst place I've ever dealt with. Workers are nice when your signing there papers but anything else they are very rude and unprofessional. Be aware people! Dont be fooled by all the fake "5 star" reviews they have either
