  Fast courteous service, she worked with and understood our situation. It was as if we were borrowing from a long time friend. Very detailed and clear on what we were charged and how payments were made. I would definitely refer anyone here.

  it was so easy to walk in here and walk out with the money I needed. The lady was very professional and courteous and explained everything to me.   I was originally really happy with this place. Unfortunately, I was treated horribly when I got a second loan from them. I asked for a loan at 9 am on a Monday morning. They told me it should take an hour at most since my situation was unusual. They never called me back. I called back several times and I got excuse after excuse. Sometimes they told me they didn't know how to do the loan with my situation. Once the lady actually said that she had just come back from vacation and that she had a lot of paperwork so I would have to wait even longer. At this point, I had waited 5 hours for a response of whether it got approved or not. They finally said yes. Then they lied to me on what my payoff would be if I paid it off in a month. It's ridiculous. I understand the fees on the payoff account. But to wait for 5 hours with no answer. Not even an I'm working on it. Just a simply, rude, I'm too busy right now. It's despicable.

  I received a quick loan check in the mail. After approximately a week I decided to cash it. 5 days after I had cashed it and used the money they took the money back (charge back) out of my bank account. No phone caĺl or warning of any kind. I will contact an attorney to see what my legal options are after I call Regency to let them know the financial bind they have put me in.

  Have no idea how to rate Mariner. When my merchant sold their note to Mariner, my first payment was scheduled for March 12. After checking with the local office, I found that Mariner had not yet purchased the paper from them. I still don't know the status of my account. Not much to rate, is there?
