  My experience was very positive. I was met with professional courtesy throughout the process. The new technology made things go a lot faster than I even expected. I got the money I asked for, so yes, I was happy (lol).

  When you walk in to the office the atmosphere is so peaceful. The customer service that l received was excellent from Mariah very polite well manner very professional. I recommend this place to anyone that needs help they go beyond expectations.

  Stay as far away as you can. The first time was ok so I went back to them.This time I sent in my payment and now they say they never got it. They called and tricked me into making one over the phone which I do not do any thing over the phone but did that time so they would stop calling and sending letter's now they say I am still one short and are calling about every other day what happen to the 2 payments they have gotten. They will get there money each month and they need not keep calling.

  Overall it's ok, however of course APR% are extremely high for persons trying to rebuild their credit, but that is the norm. The team at the High Point location are good, however they do speed through a lot when closing on loans and or fail to respond back and or follow up in a timely manner. Other than that, they are good because people need loans and face hardships.

  As far as going in someone will help you and be courteous. Now as far as calling in, may god be with you on getting an answer. This place is one of the worst places I have ever tried to call. Jay is “OUT OF THE OFFICE”. I have called for two days a total of 9 times before I got an answer. Pitiful!!!! 3 stars are for being pleasant in person. 1 star for answering the phone and that’s because you have to rate at least one.

  Jay, the manager and Kenneth were very courteous. They acknowledged the safety precautions for COVID. The staff was friendly and full of life. They made sure I had what I needed. Thanks.

  I received a loan from Mariner Finance about 2 months ago. Very easy process and it was just about all done from my phone and my laptop. They happened to reach out to me today to check on me and I received another loan to be combined with my first on. Payments are really low and the gentleman I talked today was R. Jimenez. He was very nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a loan.
