  Everyone here is so awesome! They were so nice and helped get my loan approved. The rates here are definitely better then the last place I used to. And when I had to come back months late to get another loan on top of the one I had, they didn't hesitate to help. They also made payments really easy by setting up automatic payments!!! Anytime I need a loan I will always go here.

  I couldn't ask for a better experience with a Company. Very Friendly and also Professional. Mike helped me and he was very nice and personable. Keli Carver is the Manager and I have dealt with her several times and couldn't ask for a better person to work with. Thank you Mariner Asheville.... :)

  The ladies here are so nice and remember who you are. Very personable and professional. Sometimes you have to do what you've got to do in an emergency, the interest rates are higher than my bank but worth it.

  Denise was extremely helpful. She guided me throughout the whole process and gave super quality tips on how to improve my credit. I got the feeling I wasn’t just a sale or a number to her and she actually cared about me and wanted to see me succeed. This is the kind of customer service that most companies are lacking these days. My own bank doesn’t even treat me as good as she did! Thanks Denise!

  If I could give a 0 star, I would. First time I called the lady was incredibly rude and condescending first of all. I turned down the loan because it wasn't enough to really do much for me and I didn't want the high interest rate. I called back several weeks later because I decided I did want the loan and they ignored my call 2x. Then, when they finally picked up, I could hear the lady who I originally spoke to in the background badmouthing me very loudly. They approved my loan initially and then they said "Oh, nevermind you don't make enough" and came up with some bogus excuse as to why they couldn't give me the loan. Horrible place to do business.

  Whenever I have a need to go into my local Mariner Finance, I should remember to take lunch; I never want to leave. The folks there treat me as family; at my age (71) that is a real comfort and blessing. I know I can trust them to look out for my best interest.
