  I've shopped at Alan's for jewelry for 2 years now and will never go to a regular/private jeweler again! I've bought beautiful jewelry at even more beautiful prices and today bought my first designer bag! I also go to Alan's for jewelry repair. I recommend asking for Richard at the Patton ave location. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and all around a pleasure to buy from!

  I wanted to find a matching diamond to my moms engagement ring to put in a three stone ring along with a third diamond that I had. Tonia was able to find a matching diamond as well as the exact setting I wanted. She also engraved a little heart under my moms stone. The ring is gorgeous. Even better than I ever expected. Thank you so much!

  Maria was a great help, helping my boyfriend and I pick out rings and a necklace. The amazing thing is she knew exactly what we like and we was a great conversationalist and awesome customer service. I would recommend her to anyone who's is looking for the perfect jewelry piece.

  Marie in the jewelry department was incredibly helpful! She was able to help us decide on a new setting for my ring verse repair. The price was fair and the service was quick. I absolutely love it!! Thank you Marie for all of your attention! My daughter says "thank you" for the Valentine's chocolates too😊
