  KPMM has been great. I meet with Eli to view the property and he was pleasant and up front with me regarding the application process. I then meet Jamie at the office and she was super friendly. She has been there for me every step of the way and is always a text, phone call or email away. I am excited to move to my new place and I’m sure everything will be great!

  My husband and I are investors and were looking for information about rental comps for a new area we were looking at. Two separate times, I was able to call and Mary Ann was very helpful both times. She took the time to email me recently rented properties so I could assess what the rent was in that area. At no time, did I feel I was bothering her. She was friendly, responsive and willing to help us out.

  Great property management, they manage my properties and I am very satisfy with their service. they are on point when they need to do their inspections. Marian is great to work with and everyone of her team. I defiantly recommend them !

  The worst experience I've ever had as a renter. The staff was often unwilling to help with issues or just did not return my calls all together. This company either doesn't care about there renters or has too many properties to manage them all correctly either way I would avoid them. As you will see from other reviews this company focuses on the landlord as top priority which is the main reason for their overall good rating on Google. They also wildly over charge for online payments so you will be forced to pay with money order.

  My mother and I have been renting a property, managed by this company, for nearly 2 1/2 years. KPMM has conducted its self in an extremely professional manner. They have always responded to our phone calls that concern a repair needing to be fixed immediately, or will respond to a voicemail within 24 hours. Once a month, KPMM sends out a person from Pest Control to check if there has been any recent rodent activity. There has never been any where we reside, however, this service does put us at ease. Every several months a health inspector comes by to make sure the fire and carbon dioxide detectors are working as well as other safety features in our apartment. This, too, puts us at ease. We are happy in the way in which the KPMM Allentown Division conducts business and plan on remaining tenants for the foreseeable future. Kristin Gahona

  Very very helpful , the lady MaryAnn is such a big help, she is very nice, she makes sure she gets back to you right away , because she’s so busy. She does above & beyond with her work , and makes sure the tenants are comfortable, and she works with everybody. And the owner has been so patient , and reasonable with us . Thank you to maryann & the owner !

  I have worked with this Property management for almost a year and they are great!. Very informative and they always help you with whatever needs to be done. Very difficult to find a great team to work for your property. I highly recommend them!   KPMM did an excellent job both managing my properties and selling. Maryann, Autumn, and Allicia were all a pleasure to work with, helpful and responsive. They were always honest about what had to be done and their maintenance crew always completed repairs in a timely fashion. We moved out of state and we could always count on KPMM to be looking out for our best interests and getting the job done. I would highly recommend this company!
