  Ms.Danalle was very helpful and kind. She's a very good part of your company. I have been dealing with this company for over 10 years and every time I needed some assistance she always do her best to make it happen. I wish she was the Manager there.

  The loan agent I worked with was very personable. She collected as much as possible before I came in to make the process go swiftly. The only issue was I had to reach out to them several times while waiting to hear feedback on the loan I was trying to acquire.

  Danielle was wonder! She quickly completed all my paperwork and insured I understood what I needed to do once I received my loan. The staff was very friendly.

  I was given an offer through credit karma with an outstanding approval rating. I responded online to there offer, they gave me my rates, I uploaded documents, e-signed everything, and then did not hear anything back for a couple days. Called branch and talked to Stephanie and I told her what all I did and she said well your approved but she can't pull up my account because I did it online. Then online told me to contact branch when I talked to danielle, who was very hasty and impatient, and she said ill see if I can get an approval. I thought I was already approved said Stephanie. A day later no call back or nothing then I finally get a response of a denial. Terrible experience and ill never respond to another credit karma offer nor will I promote anyone to ever use mariner finance, especially Shreveport Louisiana branch.

  Great service, very professional, they make you feel like family. The response time is impeccable and the time spent in the office was minimal and everything was laid out perfect. All signing is done by touch screen and it is contactless. Thank you.

  I filled out an application and didn't get a call back nothing. Sent all of the information that Danielle asked me to send to her and even if I was denied she could have sent me an email or something.

  What I like about marnier finance is compared to other loan companies their rates are better.My loan agent Danielle at the Shreveport location is so professional and seem to care about her customer needs.
