  Mariner Finance is one of my favorite places to do business. I am greeted with a smile each time that I walk in.Atmosphere is relaxing when interacting with the representative. I have been with Mariner for over 5 years and my service has always been nothing but top notch.When I had problems during my illness back in2019 they were there to help guide me through how and what to do to keep my account current and up to date.And they are still there in my time of need my account is still in good standing thanks to Mariner Finance.Thank you Lupe and Valerie and the other wonderful employees of Mariner Finance.   It was very easy to get a loan with them and the service was excellent, The Loan officer took time to explain each and every step and process of what you're signing and also let you read it before you sign. Very Professional, and I recommended several other customers to them.

  Very nice people. Easy to talk to and work with. Kirby explained everything to me in detail. I was in and out in just a few minutes. She told me what she could do for me and she did it. I like Kirby and I like Mariner finance.

  I called to pay my bill over the phone and the young man that answered the phone was very rude. he started by asking me my name and banking account information and i gave him the information he needed.he them told me the call was going to be recorded so I said ok. he asked me my name and everything and then asked for my account number i thought he was talking about the account number on the bill so l saihd i don't have it in front of me right now. he raised his voice and said to me.you just said the number ma'am and hung the phone up on me.
