  They keep telling my husband that they will call back and he still has not got a call back the 800 number even called him and connected him with the local office and they still said were busy and they will call back. We went to the office that was empty besides 3 employees that looked annoyed when we walked in they turned us away saying they will call when they get time. My roommate called said she was on the way they got her in and out no problem. We just called trying to make an appointment and the lady said started talking to him like he was a child. Thats when he hung up and they lost our bissness
