  I have been dealing with the branch on Alexandria in ColdSprings Ky since July 2021. Kellie is the branch manager. This office is very pleasant and accommodating for their customers. If there is a appointment they have always been on time. Due time is spent explaining your loan contract. You leave with a good feeling. Love doing business there.

  I have been dealing with this branch in Cold Spring Ky since 2018. They have always been helpful. Kellie the branch manager was very helpful. They will always be the one I go to when I need help. Thank you Kellie for everything!!!!

  Low class company with spiteful and rude employees who prey on hard working, paycheck to paycheck people, and exploit their customers whenever the opportunity arises. Do yourself a favor and find absolutely ANY other business or financial institution to get your loan. Thieves!!

  I was trying to purchase a vehicle & needed a co-signer which was going to be my father who has perfect credit. Well the rate they gave me was outrageous for 4 yrs at 23.9% on just a little over a 6k loan, which I would be paying an extra 6k for the used car I was purchasing. I told them that's ridiculous & they said that was the state regulated percentage. BS! My credit card's APR is smaller than that!

  When you don’t get approved I guess you have to wait all day or call them when they already know that you didn’t get approved for a loan. Usually there is a common courtsey call to let you know, but I guess that out the door now a days.
