Errol Davis1Absolutely Terrible customer relations department!!! I was told that even though we left a vm and never heard back and no one ever answers that - and I quote " if you don't want to go in person or wait then you are free to go somewhere else and apply" Not only am I appalled since this is the Customer relations dept but if we don't get a call and have no idea if a turn around time, do we just wait till kingdom come??

Spencer Tucker1I had a very unprofessional experience. They kept calling while I was at work and every time I called back I got sent to voicemail, always leaving a message. Almost a week later when I was able to answer I was on the phone for 15-20 minutes and told to upload my documents and would get a call back the next day. I never got a call back and after calling and leaving a message for another week I gave up.

Vinny Girasoli5I have been using this company for about 7-8 years with various amounts of loans (mostly between ($2000-$1000 range). I have had a fast and friendly experience every time. After paying off loans my credit score has risen and they even help me paid off one of my cars and sent the check directly to the proper party... Gina at the Daytona FL branch has been always very helpful over the years, and it seems after I paid off a loan somehow Gina gets me to take out another, because it seems life likes to throw curve balls at me after I paid off a loan. Also they write you a check that day when approved so basically no wait time its a loan when you need it. Thank You for being helpful and professional.

Donna Holt5These people are so nice..smiling which we could not see but you could feel in the air..lol We made our appt and got there , opened the door and with in a few mins we were done...except for the giggling...told us what we needed to bring and 15 mins all done..Great People!
