  Gabby was amazing at the Hoover branch. She was so easy to talk to and kept me updated on every part of my loan. She called back very quickly and got me the money I needed. I felt like I was talking to a friend. She was very helpful and comes highly recommended. Awesome customer service!!!!

  Act like they was doing me a favor and I asked for one amount and they came back with a much lower amount and did not say anything about until closing

  Ordinarily the customer service is good, but today I came across a rude and uncaring individual by the name of Megan. Tru, I understand that I was 1 month behind on a payment but informed her I had a death n my family and I lost my job. She showed no remorse nor condolences, I understand that u may hear different stories but a person would think that in these tryin n tough times that people can still show a little compassion. Guess not.

  Never answers the phone and if you’re 1 out of a 100 calls that get through, they say the manager or their boss isn’t in and they’ll take your information down to pass it along. What a joke!
