  As a real estate agent, I am very selective about who I refer my clients to. I need someone who I trust to take care of them with whatever help they need. In the case of a mortgage lender, they need to be willing to guide buyers through the purchase process but also have low rates and fees. Ryan and the Texas Loan Company meet all of these things.   My wife purchased her first home two years ago and met Ryan through the awesome realtor April Shipman. He helped her get financed through another loan company and was so helpful in clearly explaining all the details in a way she could understand. He continued keeping in touch through little dessert recipes sent in the mail. I began checking into options of refinancing. Her current loan company would not allow us to for various reasons, so looking at the recipe hanging on the fridge, She told me to contact Ryan. His team at the Texas Loan Company, not only saved us $150 a month and thousands in interest, but they also gave us the option to pay off our car which saved us almost $5,000 in interest costs.
