  We love living here. Powell fosters a neighborly feeling, keeping everything kept up and working, and having outdoor places for neighbors to meet. We have the privacy of our own "home" while having wonderful connections every time we walk out our door. It says a lot when you look forward to seeing your neighbors. On a very personal note, when a family emergency came up we were able to have rent payments automatically made from our bank and receive texts for any updates, while there were days we didn't open email. We felt very taken care of so we could be about the care of our family. For so many reasons, we are so happy to live here.

  I enjoyed living here, The building had secured access, the unit was practically brand new, people that live here are friendly, and all dog owning tenants were always courteous of each other! The property manager Sam had always been attentive and was very prompt in responding to my needs and concerns. This place was the best place I had lived in 😊 I moved out of state for work and even the move out was smooth 😊

  At first everything was great. Always responsive. But it's been 3 months since move in. My car was hit in the parking lot over a week ago and I haven't heard anything about security footage. Now even with other issues I can't get a simple response from my leasing agent. When trying to contact a different agent I get forwarded to my current agent because she's the only one who can apparently help me

  Hi Josh, I am familiar with this event and know that your Portfolio Manager spent hours reviewing camera footage from the property to help you identify the vehicle that hit your car in the parking lot. Unfortunately I just became aware of this review, but it is my understanding that this was resolved.   The only reason I give a 4 star, is because I wish the complex had washers & dryers inside units....Other than that I really enjoyed my stay at the Normandy Duke Apartments. I lived there for almost 5 years and I've experience great management for the most part I been there, as well as great residents. I especially adore Carroll who was and still is the sweetest property manager ever...As well as Natalie :) When I did finally move out, which was hard for me to do :( I received in the mail my full deposit back; which I was so thankful for. Thank you again Powell Property Management for all that you strive to do to make your residents at Normandy Duke such a happy place to stay. Vickie :)

  The moment I met Sam E. I knew I had to work with her. She was so easy going, and knew her stuff as a property manager. I knew she could help us find the best apartment. Powell Property Management is lucky to have her.

  This apt is very clean and well managed. The manager Sam E. is very supportive and listening to the residents' needs as well. And the location is very convenient to access to HWY 5,518 and 509. Good luck to be a resident at Ambaum Place Apartment!

  I’ve had nothing but pleasant encounters with the whole management team, as well as the maintenance team, they are both very easy to contact and respond very quickly. Sam, the property manager, was very patient, kind, attentive and thorough; pointed out all the available units at the time and showed me the different floor plans / layouts in person (of course this was pre-COVID). I’ve lived at Ambaum Place II for 1.5 years and loved almost every minute of it. The hallways, parking lots, little play areas / playgrounds, and landscaping are always well kept. I’ve used the outdoor grill once and it looked brand new, still does. The brand new full sized appliances, (washer & dryer, most importantly) which are hard to come by in the area is what made living there an absolute joy. The floors have started to creak a little after a year, but nothing too crazy, and there will be sirens due to the location, but if you’ve lived next to busy roads all your life, like I have, then it’s nothing new. The neighbors pretty much keep to themselves, of course there are the occasional hello waves, but I’ve never had any negative neighborly interactions. Nothing, but good vibes here!

  Bad experience, made multiple complaints about several issues and nothing ever changed. The only thing good about living in these apartments was Raul, the maint supervisor.
