  EDITED: Such a professional response. No one asked you to "fix" anything. My APR would have been just fine without your "fix." Not my fault you don't do honest business and I found someone more reliable and HONEST to help me refinance. I will be sure to include this information with my BBB complaint. *************************************************************************** We purchased our home in Jan of 2020 and everything worked out well. We did not shop around and that was one thing I was nervous of. Fast forward to the end of August, he and his office reached out to talk about a Streamline FHA, he sent a Loan Estimate with an $11,000 difference. He assured me that this was no obligation and none of the paperwork talked about an application fee. Once I did research and went with another company, he became upset that he did a "credit repair" that I did not ask him for and wanted to charge me for it. When I asked, he changed and said it was an application fee when none of the paperwork states anything about a fee. I'm glad I was able to see this side of JC's customer service, as I will never refer anyone I know to him. Had a bad vibe from the beginning and now I see why. He then deleted my review on his original site. I have the right to be able to voice my concern.

  You have challenged credit and I fixed it for you out of my pocket... so, yes I charged you an application fee to try and recoup my loss... I run a business not a charity. Furthermore, streamline refinance is the same with every lender as we all follow the same rules. I was showing your loan with rebuilding a new escrow account which is the ethical way especially this time of year as property taxes are due. The other lender is being shady by NOT disclosing this fact.
