  I have documentation of 4 emails sent by my lawyer that have gone unanswered, on top of multiple phone calls with voice-mails being left. My lawyers been reaching out since the end of March and here we are May 9th with all no response and mediation in 2 weeks... real professional

  I’d put no stars if I could. This company is trying to sue me for time barred debt. I filed a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau and they actually lied to them that the case was dismissed and it’s still active. LIE LIE LIE that’s what they will do! They should be prohibited from practicing law! I’m planning to file a complaint with the Florida bar too.

We can, however, state that those that owe a legitimate debt have options to resolve that debt, and legal action from a creditors rights attorney is a final resort for most businesses trying to collect what they have earned. Our clients, those that are owed money, tend to be quite satisfied with our results. We would not expect debtors, however, to be excited about having to pay what they owe, although our willingness to work with people has often lead to a sense of relief to not have that debt hanging over them, and in finding a mutually beneficial way of working out their indebtedness. Precious few actually end up in court.

  They are the most unprofessional group of people, they call your family members and make threats to sue them for debts that are owed years ago. personally I have been unemployed and they took my unemployment money out of my account.which is how I have been able to survive. And only got approved for unemployment because of Covid. Now I have zero money to survive, still no job. I called my bank and was told they took all the money I had which was $300.00. How can they do that? why dont they go after people that are rich, why the poor people who can not afford lawyers or even to pay bills half the time. They are the reason I have decided to kill myself. because i can not live like this not more.

  I have had the pleasure of knowing Gil Singer since 1979 when he represented us in a collection case. We won that case due to his understanding of our law suit and was tenacious in getting our monies collected. I had another collection issue in 1985. After much thought I remember Gil and his level of success. I reached out to him once more. We won that case as well. Not only has he been my collection attorney but one of my best friends since then. He has always been there for me as well as for others outside of collection matters. Gil has been a pillar of our community always giving of his time and money.   AWESOME experience! Gil was able to take on a case we needed done right and fast. He and his team including Dawn, went to work and negotiated a deal we were happy to get. They got it done quickly for us as they said they would. Communication was awesome and it's nice to work with a firm that does EXACTLY what they say they will.

  These guys are scamers- Suing without any paperwork is something they will say does not happen . They did it to me- A company that I never had a loan with . They send over the paperwork and we ask for proof . They cant- My lawyer will get it dismissed but these guys are simply the latest in a round of crooks - BEWARE- Oh and I know they will not reply that they have ethics- They have nothing They lose because most people dont fight

  These guys are aggressive and will try to take anything even unemployment. They can’t garnish it but they will take it once deposited. Any monies deposited is fair game for them be careful they’re bottom feeders!   This company is a rip off. Thieves! I was on payment arrangements for $50/month & they got a court order to remove $2232 out of my account! How can this be legal? I JUST made a payment for $100. On March 12& March 19th they removed $2232 out of my account! No e-mail, no call .. NOTHING! You are better off NOT paying .
