  Bill Hoogkamp has helped me and my family on two transactions. Both have been a phenomenal experience and I would (already have) suggest to use him on buying your home! He makes the process seem so easy and is open to talk to anybody with any financial situation... good or bad. More of an advisor than loan officer!!! If I could give him 10 stars I could.   Jim Teele did an excellent job explaining everything and walking us through the home buying process. He helped us to get our credit score up quickly. Jim was friendly, funny, professional and down to earth. I would recommend Jim or anyone at Maple Tree Funding. It was a pleasent experience working with him.

  I had a great experience with Maple Tree Funding -- Phil Giguere in particular. Being a first-time home buyer, I had many, many questions during the home-buying process. Phil not only answered all of them in detail and with clarity, but provided them extremely quickly and with a great deal of patience. He always made himself available to me, whether by phone or email. I simply cannot recommend Maple Tree Funding highly enough. I will definitely be going back to them for all of my future loan needs.

  Thanks to the hard working people at Maple Tree we are spending our first Christmas in our new home! Mike Maciariello made the whole process seamless and super smooth. I work a lot of odd hours so meeting with financial people is not always easy. Mike accommodated meeting times with my schedule so we could exchange documents. I sometimes wonder if I had called some other mortgage company if we would be living in the house we really wanted today. Thanks to Maple Tree and Mike M. me and my family are living in the home we belong in.

  Matt at Maple Tree was absolutely instrumental in getting me a mortgage. Some of the terms and procedures can be very confusing, especially to a first time home buyer. But Matt (very patiently) explained them to me so that I felt that I was making the right decision for me. I would recommend them to any anyone.

  I worked with Bill and he sounded great at first, he said he would call me back in a day. When he did call me back 4 days later he would only say negative things and lied to me about what my credit score was. I absolutely knew it was much higher than he was telling me. I didn't realize until later he was trying to get me to accept a higher interest rate and be happy for the pleasure. I would avoid this Lender like the plague they are self serving, sure i have problems but not as much as most and ive worked very hard on my credit score and it shows. Please do not let these people take advantage of you like they tried me. *Edit** I have given them 1 more star because they showed interest in correcting my issues however I made this review to protect others from being taken advantage of and the best i can do is 2 stars after their initial performance. Be wary.

  I highly recommend Maple Tree Funding as your mortgage resource. I had a great experience working with my consultant, Jim Teele. He was with me every step of the way. When things were moving slowly on the part of the seller and/or their attorney, he kept me laughing and in the game. He also recommended the legal firm I used, they were awesome too. Some people have negative experiences going through this process, I'm happy to say that wasn't me.

  My husband and I purchased our first home October 2017 and we worked with Shane Latza at Maple Tree Funding. He was fantastic to work with and helped us underdsrand the entire Home buying process, answered all of our questions, and helped us close in approximately 4 weeks (we work a lot of hours so it was great to work with someone so flexible and accommodating).
