  The team at ClearPath has been amazing to work with through two home purchases and a refinance. They are always responsive, made deals happen that weren’t easy (we were self employed with a new business for the first house), and so very kind from start to finish. I highly recommend them!!!

  ClearPath provided perhaps the best mortgage experience I've encountered. My loan officer was knowledgeable, responsive, and communicative, and stayed on top of my file, even though this was an unprecedented time in the market in terms of loan volume. The loan processors were also helpful and timely, and were always in contact with me.

  ClearPath successfully helped me in the process of buying my new house. They explained everything to me which was essential as a first time homebuyer.   My husband and I were first home buyers. We were so grateful to have ClearPaths guidance and expertise on our side. Mike walked us through the whole process from start to finish. During the pandemic, the housing market was challenging. Mike and his team were always available to answer our questions and to write an offer. My husband and I feel we were successful buying our first home because of our realtor and their partnership with ClearPath.

Their team takes you through the refinance/ home buying process step by step, communicates clearly, and empowers you to make the right decisions.   Mike and his company always take the time to educate their clients about the entire process of obtaining a mortgage. Every client is different with different wants and needs and Clearpath works with the client to make sure that the borrower is placed in the correct loan program that is right for them. I have personally referred several of my real estate clients to Clearpath and they have thanked me for referring them to a mortgage company that wants what is best for them and their situation. Mike and his company work with several different lenders and are able to find the best loan program that will work for the client's situation. I know that my clients are in good hands when I hear that they are working with Clearpath Mortgage Solutions for their financing in buying a home!

  Clear path is the absolute best broker I have ever worked with. They helped me through every step of the loan process; including after closing. Even though this was my third time buying a home, the clear path team was there to help handle this particular closing, taking care of every detail of the closing process.   In December 2020, I did a Cash Out refinance with Clear Path Solutions. A friend of mine had recommended them to me and they did not disappoint. I was looking for a company that would be easy to work with and help me through this process, they were amazing! They were very professional and knowledgeable... With Covid I wanted to be assured I would be able to safely go through this process without having to meet in person with the lenders on multiple occasions. I initiated the process with Mark, who made everything literally a breeze. Within 24 hours of applying Mark had submitted a quote to me including all of my closing costs. He was spot on with the amount when it came time to close. All the necessary papers that I needed to sign and forward to them was done via email and signed electronically. I was able to access all of my information online via a portal, on a daily basis. There was a glitch on my title report which showed that my prior mortgage had not been satisfied, whereas it had been. Mark and also Bill we’re on top of this and rectified the situation in a timely manner. Mark and Bill were both there for me whenever I had a question or concern. They were both available by email, text or phone, and always responded that same day. I would definitely recommend Clear Path to anyone who is looking to apply for a loan, would like a pleasant experience and to be hassle free. I know I can always contact them throughout the course of my loan if I have any questions in the future.
