      I highly recommend them, the Manning's truly go above and beyond for their clients, Don listens and understands exactly what you need and want and is beyond knowledgeable with homes in the area. Melody works so hard for her clients and is just as knowledge about her craft. They are an amazing pair! They are currently helping me close on my first home!

      This company is the best! Stress free mortgages? They have it figured out. I came in to the office, sat with the owner Melody Manning and she had my whole transaction completed and I left without a concern if I was approved. They handled everything from insurance quotes, survey orders and seleted a title company that will work around my crazy schedule called and texted me with updates. Hey did I mention they actually answer the phone personally and on weekends? A+ 5 stars

      Great service, great rates and costs. They really care about you and the success of the financing. I have never had a company answer their phone's up until 9 o'clock at night and weekends. I will use them again!!!

      Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! If you are in the Real Estate business do not send your clients to be approved with Manning! They will steal your clients!!!!
