  I had an auto policy through this office for a while until I was canceled because they didn’t bother to send me proper notification to renew. I was several days without insurance because of this. I was also repeatedly sidelined by them when I tried to talk to them to understand what was happening with my policy. No one wanted to communicate with me on the questions I had and I would be told they would call me back, which they never did. I had to call the corporate number several times to get the information I was looking for. In the beginning I used to think this was a decent company based on the pleasant experiences I had with State Farm but this office has, in my opinion, failed to uphold the company’s code of conduct. Upon reflection on how I was treated in the end, I have decided to never use this company again. “We have built a trusted brand by living our values and keeping our promises.   This office has saved me significant money on car insurance and homeowners insurance. When my car was totaled they were very helpful with making sure I was taken care of. They recently saved my girlfriend 250 a month on her car insurance. I’d recommend calling this office for your car insurance or homeowners insurance needs! Great staff and very friendly as well.

  Changed from one provider over to Jake Witt State Farm. Not only were their prices reasonable & affordable but the staff, Damon Fish Account Manager, was very personable and professional. They always made me feel important. Even with all my calls & emails.

  I reached out to the this office for a quick quote on a new vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I was connected to Agent Damon Fish he was very courteous and responsive to my questions. After deciding I was going to purchase the vehicle Damon had my policy completed before I walked out of the dealership. The entire process was a smooth and I cannot commend them enough for making this such a seamless transaction.

  Jake is an absolute blessing. I have been with State Farm for years and with multiple agents as I've moved around. He is the first that has actually been in the office and I have met. I had only been with his office a few months when I was rear-ended and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of for me. With Jake, I feel like I have someone ON MY SIDE.

  I switched over to Jake Witt State Farm with help from Damon Fish the account manager and I saved half of what I was paying with USAA! He is easy to get ahold of and always patient with all of my hundreds of questions. I highly recommend him and the company in general!
