  This company has worked with me so much throughout my contract! I honestly wish other finance companies were this understanding and professional. They work with you through difficult times, they do everything in their power to make the contract term as easy and possible. I mean the list goes on.   I would like to take the time to share my thoughts and true expressions. We have been doing business with Nicholas Financial for many year. The company has and enormous amount of positive energy and pleasant customer service energy. The Manager Eric Thompson from 1 out of 10 is past a 10 because he is always there for us when we need him. He is always willing and determined to help find the best financing for our customers and take much pride and dignity into getting the job done. Sometimes I wish all of our business and customers could go to Nicholas Financial only because of the phenomenal work. Our customers are very satisfied with the customer service of Nicholas Financial.

  Nicholas is an awesome finance company. The key to any relationship is communication. They work with you as long as you have good communication. Very understanding. Very professional staff. Never received a rude call.

  I am financing a car through Nicholas Financial and they have never been anything but the best to me.They ALWAYS answer the phone (which is a huge deal to me) and I never talk to an automated machine. All the representatives I've ever worked with have been the kindest people ever, and they treat me like a person and not a money pit. When times have been hard they've been understanding, and I've always been able to stay in good standing with them. I hope this continues throughout the duration of my entire loan (which I'm almost done paying off! YES!)! I'm so glad my first car loan was with them :)

  I have been doing business with nicholas for over a year now and the lady there danixa always helps me when I'm having a hard time making my payment. Some other people don't even try to listen to me and make me not want to even make my payment but she keeps it real but also listens and works out a plan with me. As long as she stays there I'll stay with nicolas and keep making my payment the best I can.
