  American Title Loans were not only fast and friendly but they were the only title loan company willing to do a loan on a out of state title. Magaly is super awesome. Go talk to her before you get ripped off at a title loan place that don't care about you and have to pay higher rates.

  I use to go to this place for a loan. Previously I had no issues with the staff there. Recently I went to this location on Jimmy Carter Blvd and the young lady inspected my car and told me that she couldn’t give me a loan being that my windshield was cracked. That was the reason for me getting the loan to have it fixed. I’ve always paid back my loans without any complications. So I went home a got my other cans came back and she said that I had exceeded the mileage requirements and couldn’t give me a loan and I hardly ever drive that car. She never mentioned that the windshield was cracked on that car, she just didn’t want to give me a loan. So I drove less than a half of mile down the street to TitleMax a got a loan in 15min to fix both windshields. I will never advise anyone to go to this location. Go see Tatiana at TitleMax. She’s the best... Thanks TitleMax

  Came in just to ask for options and I was very confused but the agent who helped me Yazz was very helpful answered all of my questions. Great customer service and professional. I highly recommend it.
