  I would recommend Mainstream to everyone. Everyone there is extremely helpful and they go out of their way. Exceptional customer service! Tom K. is the one that got me set up initially and since then has gone out of his way for me. Nothing but great things to say about Tom and the whole Mainstream Team!

  Recently I had an amazing experience with Ms Chau Luu at Mainstream Insurance. I just leased a new car and I called Mainstream to get a quote for both home and car insurance. Ms Chau was very detailed in her explanation and she was professional in her demeanor.   I have to say this is one of the best insurance places hands down! Not only are they very reasonable with their prices they feel like family when you walk through the door. Im not the easiest to please( im just a mean person) but i always end up leaving with a smile and a laugh on my face because thats just how they are towards you! Each one of the insurance people in here rock! This will be my third vehicle ive gone threw and its in and out within 20 minutes. Wayyyy cheaper then the name brand insurance places for one. And for two who wouldnt want to come pay their insurance and see tom’s smiling face. Or walk in and see one of the beautiful woman to help you in any needs, even if just a question. I will continue to come here and i recommend all my friends family to come here its a awesome place. Reasonable prices and all around one big family your welcomed into!

  Prior to today I was a customer, in good standing, with A-Affordable Ins. Over the past two months I've encountered more than 3 reasons or incidents that would cause me to do my insurance business elsewhere. But, to keep things short and sweet, I will describe the last and final "Straw that Broke the Camels Back!" My plan for the end of last week was to meet and speak with, in person, an Ins Agent at the local branch in my area. Because I had some questions and wanted to make a change to my policy. Which would mean more money for them. I also figured I could pay next months bill early, since I'd be there anyway. Now let me mention that I'm Handicapped and have to use a walker to get around. And I refuse to resort to a wheelchair as that would cause my condition to deteriorate and weaken my ability to ambulate. So needless to say the whole task of going to the place is a big difficult production for me. Determined, I go and arrive at my Insurance Co. and go inside where there are 2 customers sitting staring at the wall. The place is packed with employees. Some on the phone and some on computers. But none are seeing customers. After 12mins of being ignored, I ask if there is someone that I can speak with and pay my premium. I'm told that they don't have walk-ins for payments and such...which doesn't make sense because 2weeks ago I was able to walk-in, get in line and pay my bill. So I ask, "how can I make this payment?" I was told to never bring cash, only use money order, check, or debit. So I had a money order for them already. Not One of them answered me. So I took a number and waited some more. After another 15mins or more I asked, "is someone going to help me?" Once again, I was ignored. I stood in disbelief for about 5mins before I finally decided enough was enough and left. That was my third and final attempt at forcing them to take my money. I know this info should be on their review site but I wanted to show the dramatic difference between them and what I found by leaving them and going to Mainstream Insurance at 704 Sturbridge st in Worcester. Now keep in mind at A-Affordable, I was an existing customer. At Mainstream I was brand new to them. Immediately I was acknowledged by an extremely polite and professional agent named Aeron. She attentively listened to my situation and experience. She agreed that the treatment I was receiving was unprofessional and outright bad. She also informed me that they could possibly give me a better rate. This intrigued me because my previous insurer told me that I was getting the lowest possible rate with all kinds of discounts. After a brief amount of time to calculate and prepare a quote, she floored me by saving me hundreds of dollars! Then Aeron explained what we needed to do for me to switch. Which was a "No Brainer." Again I was shocked at how easy it would be that I even thought I must be missing something. She assured me that I wasn't. While we made the switch, I even met the proprietor of the company Tom. He was very nice and seemed generally concerned at my issue. He reassured me that mine was not an isolated incident. Sometimes businesses get too big for their own good and lose the concept of, the customer is #1. And in the process we become just another number or a dollar amount. Personal service was all but lost until I went to and did business with Tom and Aeron at Mainstream Insurance. Before our business concluded, I was given some cool swag. A couple of real nice writing implements, a Document Holder, and a Keyring Flashlight. So in summation, Treated Great, Saved Hundreds, Simple Process, got More Coverage and Swag to boot! Plus I met some cool people, Thanks Mainstream! ...take my advice, It's Time to go Mainstream.

  Been a customer since 2012. Never an issue unresolved. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth. Doesn't matter who your agent is- everyone is willing to help you regardless. Feels like home every time I walk in. I'm greatful for everyone's help and great spirits. Shout out to Tom. He is simply the greatest. Thank you guys so much, always love!!

  I have the pleasure of doing bussines with Mainstream Agency! The customer service I find to be the upmost friendly and profesional Tom and the entire group worked with me to find the best deal and rate I give them all 5 stars! Goes without saying I recommend anyone looking for insurance to pay them a visit!
