Tori Korn5I have been with CMCU (now Magnifi financial) for about 15 years now. I have gone into this specific location to order new checks when I bought my place a year ago to get the proper address on them. I have also gone here to get a new credit card when mine had potentially fraudulent activity detected and was locked to avoid any unauthorized purchases. They were very easy to work with and the staff was very friendly. I recommend them to any friends when they talk about switching where they bank.

Samuel Irem1I talked to Mike Heen about SBA 504 loan, I explained the nature of my business, sent him my financial statements and my wife who makes way over what is required to finance this 820k property. A month or two later I called in to see where we are with the process. Mike asked me for monthly income statement which was more than enough for this real estate loan. As far as I know, sba can loan start-ups with no previous financial history in the business itself. Long story short, Mike asked me to wait for another 6 months to a year so my business earnings can be more stable. How can my business income be stable in this unstable Covid-19 situation? Every business is currently struggling and some have closed but mine has been operating successfully since 2019 regardless of covid. The worst part is am paying twice the rent right now until 6 months to a year to prove to them my business capabilities. Believe it or not, this is the reason I don’t work with banks when everything is going great cause they’re self centered and could care less about us. PS: Your response below is asking me to call you guys as if your bank don’t know exactly who I am or have my full detailed information and loan information.

Eric R1Don't get a home mortgage from them unless you want to spend lots of time calling and waiting on hold trying to pay. They have apes for an IT department and are generally highly incompetent. It has been a year now they still can't get this right.

Steven K117 years of banking with Soo Line. Today was the first time I've been treated like a criminal for cashing my paycheck. I will not play 20 questions with you just to get my check cashed. Will be closing my account and going elsewhere. This place has gone way down hill since switching from Soo Line. Customer service is just gone.

Andrea2I was a member with Soo Line credit union for 30 years. The merge with Central Minnesota credit union happened this past year. I have not been happy with it. I find it impersonal and cold now. Today was the last straw with cashing a check. You and who you are doesn’t matter as a member anymore. They are policy holders that don’t take you, your history into account anymore, no close knit community. I can join any old credit union for this type of service and not have to drive 40 mins one way.

Ross Schutta1Retired Soo line employee and still have a account here. Just left Brooklyn Center location. Not very friendly. I said thank you after my transaction and didn't receive a response. Terrible!

ash m3They don't allow you to deposit 3rd party checks so because my husband is not on my soo line account he can't sign over his paycheck so I can deposit it. I find that ridiculous and it is a huge hassle for me as their customer. May as well go to another bank.
