  Very good experience thus far with two accounts. Transactions are timely, communication is good via email or phone. When leaving voicemails, calls are returned quickly. Questions about account or transaction fees addressed quickly. Communication regarding receiving or sending funds is also excellent. I had a very good experience receiving help from Amanda Pillatteri regarding a few questions that were addressed right away.

  I've had business dealings with Madison Trust Company for the past 2 1/2 years, and it is the first and only company I've ever dealt with who, without exception, has people answering the phone who can also completely and thoroughly answer my questions, solve my issues, and suggest a path forward for me to accomplish my task at hand. I have never once been transferred to someone else or put on hold when talking with them. These aren't people who are looking up answers in a 3-ring binder or online while you ask them: they know exactly what you're talking about and they have an answer for you immediately. If only the companies to whom I pay $250 a month for television, phone, or anything else could study this business model, we would be so far ahead in our economy, we'd be booking vacations on Mars. They run their business so efficiently that the only time I've actually to call them with a question has been when I've made some kind of mistake. I've dealt with John Inglese recently, and my business was handled within a few minutes. This is an outstanding company.

  So impressed with this company. Very easy getting our account set up and the friendly and efficient customer service got everything right from first contact. Big difference from our previous IRA custodian and happy we have much more control over our investments.

  Very good experience with Madison. From time I decided to open the account to when my investment has been executed was ~10 days. I paid the expedite fees and they delivered on all timelines. Communication via email was seamless and every time I called via phone, it was answered by a human being with < 5 minutes wait time. Can't speak to others that had challenged experience with response time, customer service...not my experience at all. They were clear with what was needed from me, I provided it all, and they executed without delay. For a one time, buy-and-hold investment, I am pleased with my experience to date.

  Everything went smoothly till till it came to funding my exchange account with ErisX I thought I'd reach out to John the account representative for help. I got a call back almost immediately. He took care of some very confusing details on the forms. John really gave me a VIP experience and made me feel terrific.

  I have been trying to transfer money into Madison Trust via wire from another IRA I have at a different bank (AltoIRA) and in 2 weeks the money had not gone through. Samantha at Madison Trust was super helpful in determining the problem that AltoIRA was having and was able to foster the transfer successfully in one morning when no one at AltoIRA could figure it out. Thanks Samantha! It's great to have competent people on your side. One less thing to worry about!
