      I would avoid applying for a mortgage with them if you have less than 1 year at your current employer. 4 lengthy days of processing my application (on weekdays) and I was denied a mortgage for that reason. I switched jobs to relocate, but I've been working in the same industry with the same job title for 3+ years have a 780 credit score, 70k annual individual income, no debt, and a 250k net worth. (cash/stocks/bonds) Denied.
