      Yeah! Title closed in less than 30 days! My taxes were due, we had family friends in town, work was crazy and I needed this deal closed. Mac Abstract helped me stay on top of everything, communicated well and helped the Bank and Mortgage Broker get this done.       It takes a great company to deal with someone like me and Mac Abstract was as patient as can be. They answered all my questions.       I would never recommend this company to anyone. Took them almost 2 month to refund me the taxes they held at closing, Called them to get clarification, because the check was short, never receive a call back, had to call them again a week later. They said the amounts changed. So if you use them just remember their numbers are no good and expect them to change.
