Probably the most unhelpful bank I've ever visited. It felt like I was speaking a different language. It took 3 individuals and a branch manager to try and find 1 deposit receipt for my company. Couldn't get any other amounts or dates told to me for any relevant help. It felt like I was waisting the bankers time and that they had something better to do.

M&T has been hit with various lawsuits. Customers were charged for illegal overdraft fees when they had funds in their account. This happened to me at this location several times in the past until I finally wisened up and closed my account. This is the worst bank ever with a terrible reputation. Avoid this place!!!

Couldn't be any slower if they were they would be going backwards. 20 minute wait when there is one 2 people in front of you. RIDICULOUS.
