      There is a man, lndian origin, that didn’t sit well with me when l entered the bank to open my account. He quickly offered to help us. After giving my deposit money, he walked out from the back, rushing us to leave, so it didn’t occur to me until returning home that he pocketed $100. I had called to see if there was an error, and he basically threw a tantrum saying l only gave him this specific amount. I tried to let it go but it was bothering me how his attitude dealing with being held accountable about STEALING was, so I had contacted the corporate office and they had sent out photocopies of his FORGED initials changing my amount. Sad to say, l still see him working there despite speaking the manager about reimbursing my original amount. It was weeks of waiting and calls and stress and to see this dishonest slimeball still working is negligence on the manager’s part. VERY disappointing.

      Diara or whatever her name is is completely racist against white people. The staff are a complete joke and laugh at you. This bank won't let you withdraw more than $3000 in cash! What?! Are you serious? $3k now adays is pocket change. Horrible bank at flower way.

      Ridiculously slow wait times every time I go to this branch, at least 3 times per month. It never takes less than 10 minutes to make a simple deposit. At my personal bank, right down the street, it never takes more than 3 minutes to do the same task.

      Slow and rude staff. Nobody looks up from their computer screen when you walk in and you have to wait in line five minutes even when you're the first one there. I will never start an account with this bank. I only come because I have to take the deposit for my job.
