  It stats it's open alot, but most times it's supposed to be open it's actually closed, like right now 7/5/21 2pm there closed.

  Super friendly and very helpful staff at this location. I drive past 2 other M & T Banks to go to this one because of the staff here. Highly recommend!

  Depends on the person you talk to here. Some are great and do their job well and others...well they have to work on their people skills. I had one teller tell me that I can't take out my own money because I had no proper ID. I lost my ID the previous weekend and my wallet! I had no money and was desperate to get into my own account. The guy was rude and offered no solution. I went to another branch and I brought as many things with my name on it as possible to prove my identity. The other branch ended up helping me out!

  Won't cash M&T bank checks here because I don't have an account with them. And they wonder why I don't have an account.....
