  usually don't have any issues but went to deposit $300 sent cash and tube in, some how in between the tube going up and landing inside $50 of my dollar magically disappeared. I asked for cameras to get pulled and everything. No proof was shown to me just a call stating they looked and that was it. Needless to say I WOULD NEVER RETURN NOR RECOMMAND THIS OLACE TO ANYONE. Now that a $50 lose im forced to take.

  Drive thru is out of order due to construction. No signs were put up to notify people. *Edit* based off of their response below, here's a novel idea, how about posting signs BEFORE customer's pull all the way into the back. I'm a handicapped person, and had to make my way inside. Once inside, they couldn't process my transaction, stating my credit union declined the transaction. I then drove to a nearby atm and my transaction was approved. How about making things more convenient for the customer?

The update will improve traffic patterns and add an additional lane for convenience.   Do NOT finance an auto loan through this company ever!! Even if you end up paying a little bit more through another company—it would be worth it just to avoid this place. I never received my original welcome packet with the account information. I called and was told I should get it soon and not to worry. Eventually got a bill in the mail with late fees attached... Still didn’t have all of the required information to even pay the bill they sent me, so that was fun. Then there was a mix up where they didn’t process a payment (even though I have the confirmation receipt prior to the bill date that it was received...) and now tagged with late fees again. This is the worst financing experience I’ve ever had in my life. Here’s my advise to you if you’re looking for an auto loan through them: RUN FAR AWAY.

  The customer service has been great, always a friendly voice to assist. Payments have difficult to make to my auto loan. I have my bank send them checks but find that they are recieved late even when they are sent a week or better before the due date. I now find myself traveling well out of my way to deliver the payment on time in person. My review would become 5 stars for a more convenient payment option.

  If you ever decide to purchase a vehicle and they use summit as the financing company opt out. The payment options are very inconvenient. In this day who doesn't offer direct payment online. They charge extra to pay over the phone. If you do not have a checking account with them you cannot make a payment with credit card. You would have to carry large amounts of cash into branch to pay your bills.

  Very good customer service and I don’t see what people are talking about with the payment options i called and set up with them to take out my auto loan from the other bank I use for my checking and it works out great and never have to worry about a thing. I would recommend this bank

  Terrible, terrible bank. They will use you to squeeze as much money out of you as possible with little fees and loopholes and then screw you over. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced, I don't know why anybody would ever thing this bank is worth using.

  The same credit union that physically handed over a title to my vehicle with my social security number written on it, to someone who does not even have an account with the credit union, refuses to help for an unauthorized overdraft. Thanks mike for all your help!

  It seems like lately the drive-thru is so slow and the bank is very confused they just can't get a rhythm it's unfortunate but I'm going to have to close my account.
