Crystal Owens1This bank is always understaffed. They always have plenty if help foe personal loans Etc. I have stood in line up to 45 mins. They are closed Saturday and Sunday and have 1 teller working all day on Monday. They don't have a drive thur either. Mon-Fri close at 4p.m This bank has been around forever and the lack of caring in customer service is crazy. I do know this is a corporate issue based on the fact that if you don't have hour there isn't much you can do. However come on BOA.. do better at least have 2 tellers..

Shafiq1Constantly providing Poor service Update: This branch has had constant issues with understaffing and poor service so this was not an isolated situation and I waited till now to write a bad review because I thought they might’ve Remedied the errors themselves the first five times when I complain to someone in person but that didn’t resolve the issue at all it doesn’t seem like they care to provide good service or to decrease our customers wait time wait time. One teller for 8 people In line and the manager was just sitting in her office not doing any work that’s unacceptable I’ve been to other branches and I’ve worked at the bank and when the lobby is full like this the managers usually jump in and help out this manager was not willing to help and she was extremely rude

Karen Mitchem1Would love to post a ZERO. Three staff members in their offices with clients. The teller ask me what I needed and asked me to wait. A man came into the bank and was quickly taken into an office. I assume he had an appointment.? One of the ladies escorted her customer to the teller. Stood there chatting, walked back towards her office, then came to see what I needed. I told her my situation and she blew me off. She was expecting her next client that had an appointment and wanted me to wait. Well, I told her no and that I would go to another location. You would think she could have quickly helped me since her client was not there. Especially when I said a family member just passed away. I drove to another location, they asked me how they could help me. I was seen immediately. Absolutely need a higher up in the system to check on the folks at Lorton. No customer service skills.

Raquel Hernandez1Just went to this location and 1 star is too much to give them really... I drove for miles on very dangerous weather conditions because I obviously need something urgent and they closed an hour earlier without a warning. No help, just closed doors at 12:11. THANK YOU VERY MUCH BOA. Try to never go to this location and don't trust their hours of operation.

Keith Hudson5I believe all the reviews that refer to understaffed as it appeared that way during my visit, I am not a member but was assisted by Timmy during my visit to handle a matter and I have to say if they hired more like it him it would be outstanding. One of the nicest guys I have met and extremely helpful. Therefore he gets the 5 stars.

Heather Gornak5I have zero clue as to why there are so many horrible reviews about this location. I have been to many BOA locations and this one by far is the best one around. The assistant VP is fantastic and the bankers are all as helpful as they can be. The waiting area is extremely inviting and clean & I waited max 3 minutes to see a banker. There are THREE exterior ATMs - 2 drive ups - 1 walk up. They get 5 stars from me; ignore all these 1 star reviews and check it out yourself.

Stacie Coats1They have one person working the teller line. There are numerous people in offices and walking throughout the lobby, but no one helps the teller. The line can be out the door and no one even tries to apologize for the poor service. I would suggest you take your deposits elsewhere, because they obviously don’t want them.

Tanzia Uzair1The first day I went there, I was waiting in the lobby to be helped for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes someone else walked in and he was helped and even then I was not acknowledged. When I asked for help, they told me that they already have the last person to help and I have to go back again the next to get service. When I went the next day, the branch manager was in the lobby and completely ignored that I am a customer in the lobby waiting to be helped. When I asked for help (cuz a teller couldn't make that transaction), the branch manager started inquiring whether I have an account with BofA and if I have any money in my account to make a transaction (!!!). I was clearly being profiled by the branch manager and hopefully will never have to go back to this branch for any service.
