  The lady Ms.Lee who cashed a few checks for me today was extremely rude I had a few checks between my two jobs that needed to be cashed. She seemed extremely frustrated that she had to do her job. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank.

  Great service and friendly and experienced staff. They take care of the customer needs very well with minimal delay. Teller Lee is very friendly and courteous. She is excellent!! I will definitely recommend this bank especially this branch to my friends!! Great job guys. Keep up the good work!!!

  First Reliance bank, in and of itself, is a great bank. Having said that, this location is my favorite. Since I opened my account, it has been a great place to do my banking. It has the small-town feel of people knowing you and your family members without giving up the amenities of a nationally owned bank. I have opened accounts for my children, and have encouraged other family members and friends to open accounts there. A shout put to my banking crew: Nathan R., Laura S., Lee S. and Emely V!! They are the best and will take great care of you.

  This is the best bank ever. I have banked other places but the degree of customer service cannot compare. Donna Smith is always ready, willing, and able to assist with a smile on her face. All of the staff will spoil you and make you wonder why you ever banked elsewhere!

  This branch treats me like royalty! We’ve (High Maintenance Day Spa) been customers since they opened years ago! We are always greeted with a warm smile and everyone is always so helpful! Especially Laura and Donna! Thanks for all your help and making First Reliance an awesome bank to do business with!

  BEST BANK EVER!! They always provide prompt and efficient service for all of my banking needs. They greet me BY NAME whenever I go in the branch. Big bank services with a hometown bank feel. LOVE First Reliance in West Columbia.
