  Andy and the Team at Simplified Mortgage are the best people I have had the honor to work with. When I bought my house I was staying in a Hotel with kids and dogs. They busted their rumps to get me into a house as quickly as possible. Not to mention Andy was available any time I had a question or concern.

  I want to start off by saying that I have to seriously be wow-ed to take the time to write a review (let alone a 5 star review). I switched mortgage lenders somewhat late in my home buying process. Josh at Simplified Mortgages came highly recommend and did not disappoint! After my initial phone call with Josh, I immediately got the sense that I was in good hands. The team was communicative, efficient, and always made sure I knew what was required of me. Being a first time home buyer, I had a lot to worry about but my mortgage being in the hands of Josh and Andy was not one of them. They made the entire process surprisingly easy, but most importantly, they had my best interests at heart. When I came across a few issues with my builder, they made sure I knew what all of my options were. Highly highly highly recommend Josh and Andy and will be using Simplified Mortgages again in the future.

  The people at Simplified Mortgage made what could be a stressful experience, as easy and painless as possible. Whenever I needed help or had a question, Jeff was always available and easily accessible for any and all of my questions, at any time. And Andy always got back to me as quickly as possible.
