  I can't say enough good things about working with Jared for the mortgage for our recent home purchase. Jared is responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable which allowed us to get the best qualification and loan rates possible. This was my second time working with Jared - first on a refinance and now on a new purchase - and it certainly will not be the last. Both experiences have been excellent. Highly recommended!

  As you can imagine, going through a divorce in general, is very overwhelming. I was trying to keep our marital home and figured I would just call my current mortgage company and stick with them for the refi. But when I called them, it was clear that they were not familiar with processing refi's as part of a divorce, and after speaking with them, I was even more overwhelmed and nervous about how the whole process was supposed to work and if it even could work. But then my mediation attorney referred me to Lurie Mortgage. I worked with Jared. From the very first phone call with Jared, I was put at ease. He clearly has experience with this situation and he explained things so thoroughly and clearly. The whole process with him was essentially seamless. It all happened so easily and so fast! I would recommend him and this company to anyone and everyone. They really made one of the most overwhelming and stressful experiences for me so quick and easy!

  We were getting nowhere with a different broker when our friend said, 'You should really try my guy, Jared.' Holy cow, what a difference! Jared was amazing! He talked us through options, got us a great rate and he did it all super fast. He was proactive and quick to respond.   I did a mortgage refi with Lurie Mortgage, LLC and I couldn't be happier. From the beginning, Jared provided open, honest and transparent communication. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. More importantly, he takes the time to explain the entire process and ensures that the customer is well informed to make an educated decision. What's also great is you deal with him from start to finish, which eliminates you having to establish a rapport with a new person at different stages. It's Jared all the way through.   From the very beginning of our research for a mortgage to the very end Jared at Lurie Mortgage was simple the best!! We had called other places and been pushed off because we were not ready to buy now. Jared spent the time not only to help but to tell us what we needed to do to get where we wanted to be for a preapproval. We called and had submitted to him all the paperwork asked for and that weekend had a preapproval. We are now living in our dream home in the middle of the woods and so happy with all Jared has done for us. I highly recommend this company you will not be sorry.   Jared made the complicated process of securing a mortgage feel like a breeze. He was extremely on top of deadlines, and he stayed in touch with my husband and me every step of the way.   Jared was a pleasure to with while helping us obtain a mortgage for our new home. (We'd also worked with him on a previous mortgage and refinance with similarly great results.) He was eager to break down what can typically be a complicated process and took the time to be sure I was comfortable with the various decisions that needed to be made along the way.   If I could give Jared six stars, I would. If you are looking to get a mortgage, or refinance, take a second to get a second quote from Jared - he will likely beat the existing rate you have (he definitely did for me!). During the mortgage process, Jared acted as an advocate and advisor as he distilled down the intricacies of the process while giving the best tips on how to make the process faster and easier. Jared combines the best of both worlds: the competitive rates that the leading companies provide with the dedicated service a local firm offers. It was awfully hard to reach reps at other companies, but with Jared, he was always "one call away" as he likes to say. Whether you are looking for a better mortgage rate, superior advice, speed in the process, or all of the above, Jared will be the perfect person to work with.

  We were so very fortunate to find Jared for our mortgage on new construction. He was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Due to many delays in the construction Jared had to work longer and harder for us and he made the experience so much better by always being there for us whenever we had questions etc. His expertise and effort was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend Jared if you are looking to find financing when buying a house.
