Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch Reviews

Michael Scully5I had a bit of a crisis today. I deposited cash into this branches atm during closed hours and the atm took my money and didn’t credit my account. There wasn’t even a attempted transaction in my history. I waited 2 hours for the branch to open up only to find out the atm custodian wasn’t working this day. I needed this money in my account immediately and Taylor was completely understanding. Initially it was looking like I was going to have to file a claim and wait several days for the issue to be resolved but Taylor sensed my urgency in needing this money and with the help of the branch manager Laura via the phone, they were able to reconcile the discrepancy by getting into the atm themselves and seeing that my money got jammed. They then credited me that amount and sent me on my way. A major catastrophe that could have taken days to fix was dealt with in about 45 mins and I needed it. Although it seems that this should have been a no brainer for them to do all this.. they both did what needed to be done all the while teetering on the verge of breaking company policy. We are all at the mercy of the machines these days and Taylor and Laura didn’t let that happen. Thanks again guys!

Heidy Liz Montanez1I have visited Citizens banks all over Massachusetts and this is by far the worst location ive had the displeasure of dealing with. Unluckily it is the closest to me and the managers are awful. I’ve spoken to the Branch manager who doesn’t seem too interested in my concerns of his Assistant harassing one of my employees. Just today I went to make a deposit and the assistant would not attend to me and told me I had to wait for someone else as he proceeded to take the person behind me. This is the most unprofessional location, before this never had an issue. They don’t smile they are not friendly and inviting and they act like they are better (made an unnecessary comment about how they get paid more than other people. Don’t go here in fact don’t even bank with them customer service did nothing about my issue. Awful, I will keep complaining.
