  I felt very supported. If we needed help, it was given to us immediately. Also Cole was very knowledgeable and was always their to answer any our questions. Our son recommended you all to us because he checked around and said you all were the best. He was right!

  When I spoke to Jared initially I felt he was very professional and really wanted to help. After that first encounter I was past off to Cody Wilding. I can not begin to praise Cody enough. This guy was above and beyond what I’d expect. As a retired military veteran I’ve become accustomed to certain standards when conducting business. Well it’s a pleasure to give my seal of approval for Simplify Home Loans... Mainly because of my experience with Cody, and how quick and efficient the whole process was, considering I was in a different State. Know that if you speak to either of these two gentlemen, you’re in good hands!! Thank you so much for everything Cody! By the way, 5 stars is not enough!   This was by far the easiest and best company we have worked with. Not only were they able to complete the loan when they said, they also kept in contact the entire time so we knew exactly what was going on. Love this company and will use again in the future if needed.

  The entire process of the refinance was handled very professionally by some simplify home loans Chandler was very knowledgeable in the upfront and Sara kept us informed in every aspect of the paperwork. Overall it was a very easy refinance.

  Kelly was always ready to go the extra mile and would let me know exactly what was happening with my loan. There were times when I would get very frustrated with the process but she would always find a way to help. I think she definitely needs a big bonus just for putting up with me!! She also needs a raise from the company so she will stay with them. Thanks Kelly and Nathan for all your help!!
