  I have had the opportunity to work with Luis in a number of ways over the years. His work ethic is exceptional. Luis is fiercely intelligent, patient, competent, and kind. He will take the best care of you. I both purchased as well as refinanced my house with Luis’ guidance. Ladies and gentleman, I won’t mince words, I can be a real pain in the back-side as a client. My work can distract me easily from even the highest priority items on my personal “To-Do” list; like refinancing my house with a ticking clock. This process is incredibly streamlined, Luis and his team have excellent online tools available to their customers for reviewing and signing documents from the convenience of your cell phone, tablet, or computer. It really can’t get any easier to close on a home or refinance… unless you’re someone like me. Luis patiently kept me on task. He answered my questions promptly. He went above and beyond to make this process as effortless as it can be. I had a month to close with the rate we locked in for me, and Luis and his team would have probably been able to get it done within 2-3 weeks if I had stayed on top of it. Things got very busy for me with work and travel, and Luis still made it work and helped me close with the rate I needed. Look, I’ve known Luis for about 10 years. We served in the same unit together. He could have told me to get it together and pull my head out of my…you get the picture. He didn’t. The guy is a consummate professional who holds himself to the highest standards, while at the same time remaining sensitive and adaptable to his clients circumstances. He makes things happen for people. He works with you. You are in great hands.

  Luis is a top notch lender. He is extremely patient and would take his time with every client to make sure they get outstanding service at all times, no exceptions. He is extremely knowledge in all types of loan products. He has great communication skills and would keep you abreast of what is happening with your loan file every step of the way.   Luis was amazing! He helped my wife and i get approved for a loan on our first home. We were always worried about trying to get a home but Luis made the entire process seamless.   Luis was instrumental in helping us navigate the VA mortgage refinance process, and he persevered through countless obstacles that came up along the way. We had a unique situation refinancing a house that was being renovated and getting the final appraisal approved was the biggest obstacle.
