  Jack is amazing. He is vice president of Guarantee Rate who is approachable. When I have any questions since I was first time buyer . He quickly responded and always clarify the issue. I only buy Co-Op which small amount loan. Jack made sure that I would be in his attention. Thank you Jack. ;)

  Jack was amazing during the process. Being a first time homeowner, I was very nervous about the loan process. Jack took the time to explain things to me and even went above and beyond what I expected by answering my questions via text or email during “off hours” (usually after 8pm or 9pm). He made the process super smooth and got me the best rate.
