  Lack of business sense. Tried to take a piece in to sell and the owner didn't care to look at authentication paperwork, original price, or the quality of the piece. When I pointed out the original price said, "nowhere near!" (I wasn't expecting to get anything near the cost.) He then walked away to handle another customer and ignoring anything else I had to say. I walked out a little embarassed and a lot angry. (Using curse words.)

  They are very good and fair when you want to pawn an item. Great customer service been dealing with them for years

  This is the only pawn shop that I will go to,i get my jewelry and electronics here and they work with me and they are nice people,i have been going to Luigi's for over 15years

  Had a roach crawl up my sleeve from leaning on the counter and several others crawling on the floor. Nice enough people, just need to clean up a bit.

  Never had a problem with them as a matter of fact they've really worked with me so I wouldn't lose something and everything I've ever bought there has been worth it
