      They have no love for their customers. I would change banks if it was my choice. I'm charged fees for everything I need done in banking. Those with disabilities get no help. I have difficulty walking and I use a Walker. When I fell everyone. Acted like they didn't see anything. I know the customers didn't want to say anything cos it would slow the banking down as bad as it was.. Michael Nickerson

      My teenage granddaughter got her first paycheck, wanted to open a checking account & get a debit card. We were unsuccessful with the identification she had at other locations in the area until we went to this location. We met the financial banker as we were entering, he greeted us with a smile and was a gentleman and held the door open for us. My cousin explained why we were there and he welcomed us and said he could help, knowing the transaction would take longer then the bank would be open, because of all our unsuccessful attempts elsewhere. My cousin banks at that institution and sometimes goes to that location and he always greets her and is willing to assist her. Now that's a good example of community banking.

      I have business and personal accounts with them I asked cash to today and I have ticket flights The manager told me you have pre order atleast a month he is very rude.He Isaid Idon't trust you I don't know why he don't trust me.Thats my money I don't wait until he trust me.Iam on the way to close my account

      This is the worst bank in Columbus Ohio I went there stood in line for 30 minutes to get helped still never received help all I wanted to do is make a deposit to take some money out I just left and went to another bank they need to shut that bank down or get a new manager

      Eastman, Jason, and all employees are very helpful when I go there. Note to corporate: This branch is understaffed and they need more help. I understand the negative comment but its not employees fault.

      Went to drive thru and at 2:30 pm was closed. Went inside one teller 12 people and manager on cell phone playing games. Could he not step in? Closed drive thru do to lack of staff really?

      This place is a joke. I went to another place to change my name & their systems where down. I go to this location and the lady says she can't change my name in the regular line. I say why when the other bank did. She said because we're short staffed but I'm sitting in here and literally no one is here besides for the guy I need to talk to apparently.
