  This was my first visit to Pathways and I must say I was very impressed. I arrived promptly at opening and just as I arrived they were unlocking the doors perfectly on time. I was greeted upon entering and helped immediately. The facility was spotless and there was plenty of hand sanitizer to go around. My transaction was completed quickly and accurately. I will definitely use this location again if I'm in the area!

  The Whitehall branch is amazing! Brooklyn was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. I felt like part of the family! Definitely recommend this bank and branch to everyone! I've been a faithful member for nearly 6 years. I love it!

  I LOVE coming to this location because the staff is always helpful, friendly, and courteous while helping customers. And the location is easy to get to during lunch time and afternoon rush hour. 😊

  The Team in Whitehall is exceptional. I really enjoy working with Elizabeth she always has a smile on her face and ready to assist, she is very knowledgeable of all the products offered. Sean is very kind and always ready to help in anyway possible. You will only receive the best customer service experience when the team has an outstanding Manager Saundy goes above and beyond to assist the customers in resolving any issues that may arise. The experience you receive at this Whitehall Pathways Financial Credit Union is PHENOMENAL.
