  It was great working w George. He was professional throughout the process. He walk my clients from A-Z and everything was transparent.   The best of the best. Forget the rest George Thanh Nguyen is the best mortgage broker I've ever worked with. Extremely smart man to deal with and handles problems in timely manner. WOW! He's cultivated relationships with the lenders he works with, and is able and willing to undertake lengthy negotiations with them on his clients' behalf. His attention to detail is excellent, and he sets realistic expectations for how long things will take. We loved that almost all formal document exchanges with him could be done via an SMS message followed by putting something into Dropbox. We never exchanged faxes or pieces of paper, and Vincenzo often worked well outside office hours to complete tasks. In our case he was tenacious pursuing the refinance that was right for us, and showed up in person at the signing just to make sure there were no last minute hiccoughs. Did I mention that he's also charming? We felt very well looked after by him.

  George did a karate chop on the existing rate and saved us thousands. The crowd goes wild… He beat out Wells Fargo in rates for a refi. You can't do much about the annoying process of those underwriters but at least you can go through someone who is nice and very responsive like George Nguyen If you don't understand the jargon he has clear explanationsand also gives you examples of his explanations. Also he did me a huge favor when the loan lock had to be extended and it was the banks fault. Which he didn't have to do but he insisted. He's also very receptive to feedback so don't hesitate. Highly recommend

  Very much an honest businessman. Sometimes you cannot find a person with those traits . In business you can go to the extent of giving people their way and most cases you can't because the guideline. He puts effort in doing whats fair and what he's allowed to do to meet the legal criteria. He's a person of integrity.

  This guy is a fraud he does fake documents and over charges everyone. Just go to any other broker and they can give you better fees. And he chargea you 170 for notary fees that xompletely illegal. You are only allow to charge 10 dollars per page. Report him to the department of real estate and notary.

  Hello, theres no fake documents as the investors review all documents to make sure the loan can be purchase through their guidelines.Theres no skipping steps in this business. How can brokers fund loans with fake documents? Notary fees are set by notaries. Notary Fee limitation are also set from the association of notaries. Mortgage brokers are not allowed to collect any of the notary fees. Please have the notary association call us As far as the fees and rates go, we are more competitive than others. If there's an issue, I'll be more than happy to speak with the RE bureau. Thank you!
