  Ian and Tracy were referred to me by my realtor. When I did some research, I found all the fantastic reviews which made me confident to utilize their services. Now, I'm beginning to question the positive reviews because I had a totally opposite experience. Tracy is very unprofessional, rude, nasty and she messed up my loan without taking accountability for it. I don't even think she still will take accountability for her part in it as it sounds like she doesn't even get it and keeps pointing fingers at every other person but herself. I was told, I was approved for a certain amount, I excitedly went searching for a house. I found a house which was about 100k or more cheaper than the approved loan amount because I wanted to stay below the approved loan amount. Somehow days before closing, I was no longer approved for the previous amount. Then she thought it was ok to investigate when I was going to get a salary increase from my employer and advised me to sell my car. My goal was to purchase a property that fits within my financial situation. It's either I'm approved for a loan or I'm not approved. I do not need to sell off my properties just to make a situation work if your numbers were right from the start. It's ok to make mistakes but it's upsetting when you don't own your mistakes or think your client is so gullible not to realize the truth and then you blame everybody else and everything under the sun but yourself. Unfortunately, I had an extremely negative experience with them.

  Dream team right here! Ian and Tracy were so quick to answer questions and really took the time to explain things to us. They know the Denver market very well and understand how fast things move. Evenings, weekends, etc. - they were always just a phone call or email away, anytime! There are a ton of lenders out there, but you will not be disappointed with Louviers Mortgage Group. HIGHLY recommend!

  We could not ask for a better mortgage company and individual to help us with our first mortgage. This is my husband's and I first time purchasing a home and Ian and his team made the process extremely easy and stress free. Any time we needed anything he was very efficient when it came to answering our phone calls and emails. We also had amazing help from Tracy. She is great with communicating and responds quickly and is there to help with any questions. Thanks Ian and Tracy for helping us with everything we greatly appreciate it. One last thing I want to add is Ian donates to a charity for every closed loan, which is amazing to help other people out in this time of need. Such great people. Can't wait to continue working with you guys!

  Because I just started my own business I needed a non-conventional loan. I was having a hard time finding someone that had experience with this. Had such a great experience with my re-fi of my rental property with Ian and his wife Tracy! The process was smooth, I was always informed and everything but the signing was done online! Highly recommend!

  Ian and his team did a phenomenal job in helping us refinance. They were thorough in presenting us different mortgage options so that we could make a decision that best met our financial needs. He took time to lay out multiple options for us along with with the costs and payments that would be incurred with each scenario. When we encountered some bumps in underwriting because my husband is self employed, Ian and Tracy were resourceful in exploring additional ways to ensure that the loan closed while maintaining the interest rate that we were quoted. They exhibited strong attention to detail to ensure that our mortgage closed on time. We will definitely call Ian again when we sell our house and are looking at purchasing another property.   I am so impressed with Louviers Mortgage Group! To say they worked hard on my refinance is an understatement. I am a real estate investor with multiple companies. When it comes to tax time my accountant always says my filing is the most complicated he's seen in 35 plus years of doing taxes. So when it came to doing my refi I knew it was going to be no easy task. Louviers came through and helped me organize and execute all required documents. Adam, was an ace working with the underwriters. He pulled everything together which again is no easy task and made sure the underwriter understood all the company filings I provided. If you are a business owner then you should know getting a refinance done on your home is no easy task. I can't stress enough that everyone should use Louviers Mortgage Group!!! They will get the job done and the best part is competitively they have the best overall costs and will lock in the best rate.
