  Richard with Colorado Home Mortgages has been our go to for home finance and refinance needs. We have worked with Richard since 2015 and have received the most honest, upfront and best service out there for home loan services. Richard returns phone calls and emails professionally and promptly. He and his staff explain mortgage verbiage well and help clients know what they are doing. We have worked with other lenders before and have not received the level of excellence we do with CHM. We have recommended him many times and continue to recommend Colorado Home Mortgages! When we move to our forever home, we will be back to work with Richard again.

  Richard and the company did a professional job. Richard walked us through the entire process which made it easy. We were very satisfied. He has helped us with two home purchase and second one refinances. He has always been a professional, trustworthy, very friendly, easy to talk to and understand client needs.   A few years ago, my husband and I reached out to the lender we had been working with to ask for refinance and selling options on the house we were living in at the time. The answers we received were vague and even after asking multiple questions for clarification, we were unsure of what we would be getting ourselves into. Our realtor referred us to Richard at Colorado Home Mortgages. Richard was straight forward, honest, and realistic about what he thought CHM could and couldn't do for us. He laid out all options and asked questions that he explained would further help him be able to help us with our end vision and goals. As a result, we learned that a house we were previously told was out of our budget to purchase, was in fact, WITHIN our budget. Richard helped us tremendously to navigate the selling/buying market and did so with complete professionalism. I am a planner and like to see all of the options available so that my husband and I are able to make sound decisions for our family. Richard and team at Colorado Home Mortgages helps us to do this. With the fluctuating housing market, we've had many questions and each time, we email Richard. Richard is quick with his responses and provides us with estimates of numbers as he can so we can we can analyze and process the information to make a decision that will work for our family. In fact, we emailed him on New Years Day to help us with our 2021 goals, not expecting a return email until the next business day - however, we received a response within 30-minutes! This would be surprising, but it really isn't - if you've worked with Richard, you know he works hard for his clients and meets them where they are at! I would highly recommend Richard and Colorado Home Mortgages!

  I cannot say enough nor recommend Colorado Home Mortgages. Richard Sardella is stellar! We found, bid, and closed on our home in 3 weeks last year and 3 months later refinanced. Richard guided us through both transactions. After all was said and done, we realized we never even got the chance to meet Richard, to shake his hand and show our gratitude in person. Both transactions were done completely over the phone which is not usually my style, however, he instilled great confidence in us with his prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable expertise. He was quite patient to explain, re-explain every step of the process. My husband and I have absolute, unquestioning confidence in Richard and his company. We would not hesitate to do business again with him. We have highly recommended him to our friends and family.

  I have been working with Richard at Colorado Home Mortgages for many years. I have used CHM to purchase two homes, and also two refinances. I really like the way Richard works. I tell him what I am trying to achieve, and he lays out options for me to choose from. He is very professional, answers all my questions which puts me at ease. Every closing has gone very smoothly. Like I have said at the start of this review I have used him four times. And I will continue to use Richard and CHM

  Richard was incredibly helpful during our home purchase. We were told by many people that USAA had the best rates but Richard was able to find us a much better rate and explained the process with us. He made the home buying process much less stressful. When the rates went down, he called and helped us again through the process. He accepted multiple calls during the weekends and late nights and was very patient. We have recommended him to other new home buyers and will continue to use him for all of our future needs. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

  Been using Richard at Colorado Home Mortgage for 5 of 6 years now for original home purchase and 2 refi's. keep coming back due to Richard's professionalism and industry knowledge.
