  I highly recommend Louis Rios and his team. Their knowledge and expertise in home lending is outstanding. I met Louis in 2008 when we purchased our first home. He not only helped us navigate through all the paperwork we needed (which can be overwhelming for a first time buyer), but also gave us tips on how to bring our credit scores up. A few years after that, he called to let us know that it was a good time to refinance our home. Thanks to that, we were able to get some cash back to do some needed home repairs. When we decided to sell our first home and purchase a new one, he suggested a bridge loan so we could finance the new house while selling the old one. Thanks to him and his team the sale and purchase were extremely easy to make. What we love the most of Louis and his team is that they treat you like family. They know how hard you have worked to get the house of your dreams, so he does his best to help you make the process easy and get the best interest rates available for you. When it comes to financing your home you can not be in better hands than Louis Rios and his team.

  Louis and Jill were awesome! They make a great team and even got me approved for more than other mortgage companies. Jill was very helpful and helped me, a first time buyer, through everything step by step and was patient with all my questions and held my hand when I had doubts about the whole experience and told me everything would be ok and she was right! I’m so happy I finally decided to buy my first home and that such awesome people were able to help me with it.

  I would have given more stars if not for this one thing: Having Louis and his team handle your home mortgage or refinance will leave you with zero "issues" to handle on your own. Seriously, I can't even visit the water cooler any more; I haven't got any "Mortgage Nightmare" stories to share. THANKS Louis!! Give Louis your next new or refi and find out what Mortgage Lending SHOULD always be like.
