From start to close, took a total of 13 business days! We were amazed at the speed with which we were able to close. And, couldn’t be happier with the services provided.   Dianne is a LIFESAVER! No for real, after 6 weeks of dealing with academy mortgage, being approved and cleared to close on the same day we sold our house only to be left homeless she SAVED OUR LIVES! Dianne closed us in 10 days after taking our file...all during covid AND the holidays! She was constantly in communication keeping us updated around the clock and is one of the hardest workers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
